Jean-Philippe Küss
Founder & C.E.O.
Prior to founding TRUSTONE REIM in 2017, Jean-Philippe was Deputy Director of the Investment team at BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE. He created and led for 10 years the team dedicated to Institutional Investors and Families.
He worked on every type of operations: development, yield investment, property trading transactions and supervised more than 500 Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Jean-Philippe started his career structuring Real Estate investment funds and moved to BNP PARIBAS where he held various positions in the Real Estate market. He has been working for the past 20 years both in the commercial and residential real estate market.
Jean-Phillipe graduated from IEP Paris and ASSAS University, Paris.
Charles Abdéni
Partner – FM & Financing
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Charles was Vice President at J.P. Morgan within the RE Investment Banking team, which he had joined 8 years before.
He worked on all types of transactions: mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing (shares, bonds, convertibles, hybrids, IPOs, etc.), fund raising… and supervised over 30 Real Estate transactions on behalf of his clients.
Charles graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Thibault Chauvin
JV Partner – Large Cap & Hospitality
Thibault has 20 years of experience in real estate industry and finance. After having held various positions in banks (Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank), he joined Crédit Foncier de France as Head of International Real Estate Finance. In total, he structured in excess of €10bn of real estate debt and acquired €500m of CMBS. At Colony Capital, he was a managing director responsible for the identification and evaluation of new investments in France and Europe. He acquired distress debt and real estate totaling in excess of €500m, including the acquisition and redevelopment of the new Bulgari hotel in Paris.
Thibault holds a Master’s Degree from ESCP-Europe, Dipl.-Kfm in Economics and Finance from Berlin University.
Marie-Charlotte Fructus
General Secretary
Marie-Charlotte has over 20 years’ experience in supporting, advising and administering companies.
She has held legal positions in law firms, trading companies and portfolio management companies, and has worked in the insurance and property sectors for over 10 years.
She has also supported the growth and development of companies by holding positions in Administrative and Financial Management and as Company Secretary.
Marie-Charlotte holds a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Paris-Panthéon-Assas and an Executive Master’s degree in General Counsel from SciencesPo Paris.
Fanny Girard
Director of Complex Operations and Promotion
Fanny has over 25 years of experience in complex real estate development.
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Fanny was Deputy Managing Director in charge of the Development department at the FREO France Group (ex-ATEMI).
During her career, she has held various positions in real estate development and she notably worked as Director of Offices and Partnerships at Hammerson Gestion.
Fanny graduated from the IEP of Paris and the ICH. She has also been Research Fellow at the CNRS.

After 15 years of experience as an executive assistant within law firms, Magalie joined TRUSTONE REIM as Office Manager / Executive Assistant.
Magalie holds a BTS in Executive Assistance and, after completing a one-year-round-the-world journey, Magalie resumed her studies in September 2024 and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Social Media Management.

Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Rayan was part of Constructa’s asset management team on the enhancement of “Les Docks de Marseille.” Rayan also worked at Mata Capital in the investment team and then at Icade in the Corporate Finance Real Estate department.

Since joining TRUSTONE REIM, Maxime has led major restructuring projects on office buildings in Paris’s Central Business District. He is also involved in the development of complex mixed-use projects.
Maxime also supervises the asset management of large core + assets with long-term value creation, such as M Campus owned by a major US Fund.
Maxime is the head of our Spanish operations where he oversees investment and asset management.
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Maxime grew his analytical skills within the Fund Operations department of AEW Europe.
He graduated from the Real Estate Chair and the MSc in Management of ESSEC Business School.

Angèle joined the TRUSTONE REIM team as an investment analyst (on the French and Spanish markets) after gaining experience in mergers and acquisitions at SYCOMORE Corporate Finance and then at Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield in the Operating Management and Development departments, where she led the CNIT restructuring project.
Angèle holds a Master in Management from ESCP, specialising in corporate finance and real estate.
Yona Ibgui Nadjar
Associate – Investment & Asset Management
Yona joined the TRUSTONE REIM team as an investment analyst. Since her arrival, she has also taken over the management of several property portfolios including diversified asset types such as office, business, retail and residential.
Yona’s first real estate experience was with PAREF GESTION in Investment and Fund Management. She also had experience in the corporate department of the law firm LINKLATERS.
Yona is a graduate of the Grande Ecole programme at EDHEC Business School and holds a Master 2 in Business Law.

After several years of experience as a Property Manager at COVEA IMMOBILIER and KEYS REIM, Héléna joined TRUSTONE REIM as Head of Property Management, where she coordinated the portfolio managed in France and Spain, with the objective of optimizing asset performance and ensuring high-quality leasing management.
Since joining TRUSTONE, Héléna has progressed to the role of Asset Manager. She is now involved in value enhancement strategy, financial optimization, and value creation across the French portfolio.
Héléna holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management from ESPI (École Supérieure des Professions Immobilières).

After several years of experience as a Property Manager at COVEA IMMOBILIER and KEYS REIM, Héléna joined TRUSTONE REIM as Head of Property Management, where she coordinated the portfolio managed in France and Spain, with the objective of optimizing asset performance and ensuring high-quality leasing management.
Since joining TRUSTONE, Héléna has progressed to the role of Asset Manager. She is now involved in value enhancement strategy, financial optimization, and value creation across the French portfolio.

Mario Ciavarro
Junior Analyst – Investment & Asset Management
After gaining experience in real estate at CBRE France in the Capital Markets I&L department, Mario joined Trustone REIM as an investment analyst.
Mario holds a master’s degree in real estate finance from ESCP Business School.
Grégoire Bourlette
Property Manager
After several years of experience as a Property Manager at SCAPRIM Property Management and as a Leasing and Technical Asset Manager at Lafontaine Patrimoine (Family Office), Grégoire joined TRUSTONE REIM as a Property Manager.
Grégoire holds a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Management, with a specialization in Commercial Strategy, from Burgundy School of Business.
Camille Thiollier
Analyst – Investment & Asset Management
After an initial experience in private wealth management at Amplegest, followed by real estate financing at ING, Camille joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Camille will soon graduate from the Master in Management at ESSEC Business School (Grande École Program), where she specialized in finance and real estate, notably through the Real Estate and Sustainable Development Chair.
Thomas Huguet
Analyst – Investment & Asset Management
After an initial experience as an OPC at Build One on a residential construction project, as well as experience in Asset Management and Project Management Assistance at Princip, Thomas joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Thomas is currently pursuing a double degree between the École Spéciale des Travaux Publics (ESTP) and the Master in Management (Grande École Programme) at ESCP Business School.
Bernat Girbau
Analyst – Investment & Asset Management
After an initial experience in financial audit at Ernst & Young, followed by a role within the Investor Relations department of Banco Sabadell during the period of BBVA’s hostile takeover bid for Sabadell, Bernat joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Aloïs Colin de Verdière
Analyst – Investment & Asset Management
After an initial experience in Audit and Financial Advisory at Baker Tilly, as well as experience in Fund Management at Amundi Immobilier, Aloïs joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Aloïs will soon graduate with a Master in Management from EMLYON Business School (Grande École Program), where he specialized in Finance.
