Jean-Philippe Küss
Founder and C.E.O.
Prior to founding TRUSTONE REIM in 2017, Jean-Phillipe was Deputy Director of the Investment team at BNP PARIBAS REAL ESTATE. He created and led for 10 years the team dedicated to Institutional Investors and Families.
He worked on every type of operations : development, yield investment, property trading transactions and supervised more than 500 Commercial Real Estate transactions.
Jean-Philippe started his career structuring Real Estate investment funds and moved to BNP PARIBAS where he held various positions in the Real Estate market. He has been working for the past 20 years both in the commercial and residential real estate market.
Jean-Phillipe graduated from IEP Paris and ASSAS University, Paris.
Charles Abdéni
Director of investment funds and financing
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Charles was Vice President at JP Morgan within the RE Investment Banking team, which he had joined 8 years before.
He worked on all types of transactions: mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financing (shares, bonds, convertibles, hybrids, IPOs, etc.), fund raising… and supervised over 30 Real Estate transactions on behalf of his clients.
Charles graduated from ESSEC business school.
Fanny Girard
Director of Complex Operations and Promotion
Fanny has over 25 years of experience in complex real estate development.
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Fanny was Deputy Managing Director in charge of the Development department at the FREO France Group (ex-ATEMI).
During her career, she has held various positions in real estate development and she notably worked as Director of Offices and Partnerships at Hammerson Gestion.
Fanny graduated from the IEP of Paris and the ICH. She has also been Research Fellow at the CNRS.
Rayan Ellini
Investment – Associate
Since joining TRUSTONE REIM, Rayan has successfully executed various value-add deals in France and also assisted a few high-net worth families providing institutional asset management to their portfolio.
Rayan has conducted complex negotiations with city authorities and urban planning entities on residential and commercial real estate projects.
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Rayan was part of Constructa’s asset management team on the enhancement of “Les Docks de Marseille.” Rayan also worked at Mata Capital in the investment team and then at Icade in the Corporate Finance Real Estate department.
He graduated from a master in Business Management and a master of Finance and Tax at Paris 1-Sorbonne University.
Maxime Priquel
Investment – Associate
Since joining TRUSTONE REIM, Maxime has managed major office building restructurings in the Paris CBD and is also involved in the acquisition and development of complex mixed-use projects.
Maxime also supervises the asset management of large core + assets with long-term value creation, such as M Campus owned by a major US Fund.
Maxime is the head of our Spanish operations where he oversees investment and asset management.
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Maxime grew his analytical skills within the Fund Operations department of AEW Europe.
He graduated from the Real Estate Chair and the MSc in Management of ESSEC Business School.
Hervé Villers
Associate Director of Promotion (T&PIFI)
Hervé has over 45 years of experience in real estate and more specifically in development.
Before joining Trustone & Partners IF I, Hervé was Administrator and Deputy Chairman at the Spirit Group for more than 15 years, Administrator of Arcolim (Promopierre Group) and CEO of Magellan Construction (SPIE Batignolles).
For 10 years, he also was Managing Director of Bréguet Construction, in charge of the housing and commercial real estate sectors.
Hervé graduated from the I.C.S.G. and holds and Advanced Certificate in Law and Political Economics.
Mohamed Terrab
Senior Investment Analyst
Mohamed joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst after a first experience as a Junior Analyst. He also worked within the financial and strategy department of the Paris Saint-Germain.
He holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Paris Dauphine University.
Philippe Lucari
Junior Asset Manager
Philippe joined TRUSTONE REIM as a Junior Asset Manager after a first experience as a Junior Investment Analyst.
He previously worked at Icade, Accuracy and Mazars.
He holds a Master in Management from HEC with a specialization in finance and accounting.
Yona Ibgui
Financial analyst
After several experiences in Commercial Real Estate and in Business Law, Yona joined Trustone REIM as a Financial Analyst.
Yona graduated from the Master in Business Law and Management from EDHEC Business School.
Thibault Chauvin
Partner
Thibault has 20 years of experience in real estate industry and finance. After having held various positions in banks (MorganStanley, MerrillLynch, DeutscheBank), he joined Credit Foncier de France as Head of International Real Estate Finance. In total, he structured in excess of €10bn of real estate debt and acquired €500m of CMBS. At Colony Capital, he was a managing director responsible for the identification and evaluation of new investments in France and Europe. He acquired distress debt and real estate totaling in excess of €500m, including the acquisition and redevelopment of the new Bulgari hotel in Paris.
Thibault holds a Master’s Degree from ESCP-Europe, Dipl.-Kfm in Economics and Finance from Berlin University.
Théo Marie
Investment Analyst
Théo joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst after a first experience as a Junior Investment Analyst at Swisslife AM.
He also did a 2 years apprenticeship as an Asset Manager Junior at Aviva Investors.
He holds a MSc in Management from ESSEC Business School and a Civil engineering degree from ESTP Paris.
Marie Gerland
Investment Analyst
After an experience in Real Estate Private Equity at Tivoli Capital, Marie joined Trustone REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Marie graduated from the Master in Management and the MSc in Corporate Finance and Banking from EDHEC Business School.
Chantal Ung
Investment Analyst
After multiple expériences as a Real Estate Consultant, Chantal joined TRUSTONE REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Chantal holds a Bachelor in Business Administration from ESSEC Business School and a MSc in Real Estate from ESCP Business School.
Ophélie Euphrosine
Office manager
Before joining TRUSTONE REIM, Ophélie was part of “Groupe Citadines” as Executive Assistant.
She had also been hospitality officer in various hotels within the Accor Group.
Ophélie holds a Master in Management in hospitality and international tourism of the UCP.
Adrien Siau
Investment Analyst
After a first experience in residential real estate at In’li, Adrien joined Trustone REIM as an Investment Analyst.
Adrien holds a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Paris Dauphine.
